Job Title: Director of Payroll Product
Salary: between £125,000-140,000 per annum
Location: Remote, Europe
  
JGA are partnered with an exciting Payroll software business seeking an innovative Director of Payroll Product.

An excellent opportunity for a candidate with extensive experience with payroll product looking to make a difference in this organisation's strategic design and UX decision-making. 
  
Responsibilities:
  • Leading payroll product strategy 
  • Managing a team of Product Managers 
  • Integrating feedback to set goals
  • Communicating product vision internally and externally
  
Skills required:
  •  Significant background in product management within the payroll industry. 
  • Demonstrable ability to lead teams toward innovative product solutions.
  • Extensive history of successful product strategy implementation. 
  • Comfortable with change, high-growth and ambitious strategies.
