Ended

We own and manage around 13,000 homes within the Borough of Rochdale in Greater Manchester. We are the largest provider of affordable housing in the Borough and, in an economic environment where the supply of housing is at its most challenged, we take very seriously our responsibility for supporting the people who live in our homes and communities to live well and thrive.

Our core purpose is to be a provider of quality homes and services to our customers who live across the towns and villages of the Borough of Rochdale. Our role in making places and building a sense of community through the provision of homes and services is at the heart of our role.

Our primary focus is on providing warm homes in safe communities where people want to live and raise their families. We're excited to see the changes that will be delivered over time for our customers, and we'd love to hear from people who want to join us and help us to deliver those improvements.

We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Director of Business Improvement to join us on our journey. As a member of our senior leadership team, a key focus of the role will be to work with the Executive and Directors to embed new thinking and new ways of working across our teams. Working in partnership with fellow Directors, you will make sure we have a cohesive plan to lead us through change and help all colleagues to play their role in our future success.

We are looking for an individual with a successful track record in leading change programmes for the benefit of employees and customers. Bringing positive impacts and delivering high levels of satisfaction, improved efficiencies, employee engagement and business improvement, all of which are fundamental to delivering our ambitions.

You will be skilled in delivering successful change through multiple project teams, a proven relationship builder who can influence, innovate, engage, improve and transform bringing together activities and help us to transition to a new operating model that will deliver the best services demanded by our customers.
