Dim Sum Chefs needed - experience required

We’re recruiting Dim Sum chefs to work for reputable hotel in London.

You will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and contribute to the exceptional dining experience for internal team at the hotel. Your responsibilities will include preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met, and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver delicious meals to hotel guests.

What we’re looking for in our chefs:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and under pressure.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations.
  • Previous chef experience is required.
  • Previous experience working with Cantonese Dim Sum is required.
