Role: Digital Project Manager
Salary: £40'000
Location: Fully Remote
You'll work with the digital marketing team, reporting to the Senior Project Manager and play an important role in helping to shape and achieve our clients' digital marketing objectives.
Experience Required:
- Experience working as a Digital Project Manager with an understanding of how to plan and execute digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to talk confidently to clients about the digital channels we work in
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Experience using project management software.
- Good knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage digital marketing projects in our project management system.
- Contribute to digital marketing strategy.
- Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client.
- Work closely with account managers and internal delivery teams to align clients' strategy, concerns, and objectives.
- Brief internal teams on tasks and ensure those are kept up to date.
- Deliver client projects according to our SOW and protect from scope creep.
- Ensure marketing plans are aligned with objectives and achieving client goals.
- Maintain profitability on client accounts, working closely with internal teams to avoid under or over-resourcing.
- Analyse the effectiveness of digital campaigns and report back to clients.
- Set up, manage, and send invoices from Salesforce to Xero
- Keep up with new trends in digital technology and healthcare.
