£30,000 - £34,000 *Depending on experience

9am - 5.30pm

Are you an experienced marketing professional looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading organisation in Media and Communications, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team. As the Digital Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of their online advertising and marketing campaigns also providing the best level of support to the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the scheduling of email campaigns, highlighting potential delays and suggesting changes when necessary.
  • Liaise with clients to manage the lifecycle of projects, maintaining smooth communication and managing expectations.
  • Support the Senior management team and Head of Marketing where nessasry.
  • Work alongside the internal project team to generate and manage email promotions, driving user engagement and increasing reach.
  • Regularly report on the performance of display ads, email campaigns, and social media marketing, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our data expert to generate website reports for clients and internal teams, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Contribute to the wider brand strategy, developing marketing campaigns to increase user growth and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using ad platforms, email marketing tools, and social media management platforms.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
