The RoleWe are searching for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client's dynamic marketing team and support a critical campaign launch. You'll be a multifaceted marketing whiz, wielding expertise in SEO, PPC, and social media to amplify their online presence, drive targeted traffic, and foster brand awareness.

Responsibilities

SEO & PPC:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Design, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media advertising) to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, craft compelling ad copy, and utilize A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and maximize return on investment.
  • Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to monitor and analyze SEO and PPC metrics. Generate detailed reports that translate data into actionable insights for campaign improvement.

Social Media:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to cultivate brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to generate captivating content across social media platforms, including writing engaging posts, crafting informative blogs, and developing impactful multimedia content.
  • Manage and maintain various social media accounts and content, including the company website, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Establish key social media KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track and measure campaign success.
  • Analyze data from social media activities to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest content optimization strategies.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement metrics to inform content creation and improve reach.
  • Compile and share weekly reports that provide insights into campaign performance and overall efficacy.

RequiredSkills

  • A keen understanding of SEO principles, PPC best practices, and social media marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content in various formats.
  • Top-notch analytical skills with proven ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative social media content ideas.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in key digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, SEMrush, social media platforms, Adobe Creative Suite).

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a strong track record in at least two of the following areas: SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
