On behalf of my client, I am seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their Marketing Department and play a pivotal role in developing their digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leveraging technology to push boundaries and drive business growth through innovative digital strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: King’s Lynn 3 Days a week in the office and 2 days WFH (Monday and Friday)

Salary: Competitive and DOE

The Role:

  • Lead strategic digital marketing initiatives, leveraging market trends, consumer insights, and data analytics to enhance digital customer experiences and engagement across multiple channels.
  • Evaluate target market segmentation and provide insights to inform marketing and new product development strategies.
  • Devise and implement SEO campaigns, ensuring all marketing outputs are optimised.
  • Manage social media platforms, creating timely and relevant content to increase customer reach.
  • Oversee digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain company websites and digital channels, including content creation.
  • Implement comprehensive marketing plans, including sales toolkits, advertising, literature, exhibitions, newsletters, digital activities, campaigns, and case studies.
  • Contribute to the delivery of wider marketing objectives and support strategic projects.
  • Manage external suppliers, ensuring standards and timeframes are met within budget.
  • Handle departmental budget management and have financial awareness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven success in digital marketing with experience in content strategies and platform development.
  • Skilled in scoping and managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate digital solutions into understandable terms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) with an excellent command of English.
  • Ability to work effectively to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial and financial decision-making skills.
  • Innovative thinker and a self-starter.
  • Capable of influencing and building new relationships.
