Digital Marketing Specialist

  • Annual Salary: £57,000 - £62,000

We are seeking a high-performing Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in activating, measuring, and optimising digital marketing campaigns and projects across various consumer touchpoints. This role involves leading initiatives end-to-end, from development to execution, with a focus on continuous improvement and driving revenue with profitability in mind.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Relevant marketing and digital qualification.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in FMCG commercial roles.
  • Experience in D2C digital marketing, including CX/UX/UI, website content creation, digital projects, and campaign management.
  • Strong project management skills and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proven collaborative and cross-functional work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
