We are recruiting for a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager with a robust technical aptitude and a proven track record in digital marketing strategies, particularly in lead generation and marketing automation. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of relevant experience, showcasing proficiency in digital tools and platforms, and an in-depth understanding of CRM systems, especially Salesforce. This role is pivotal in driving my client's digital marketing efforts to new heights, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our campaigns and sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing, to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Leverage sales automation tools to refine and streamline communication with both potential and existing clients, aiming to optimize conversion rates and bolster sales figures.
  • Expertly manage CRM systems, with a particular emphasis on Salesforce, to efficiently track leads, manage customer interactions, and foster enduring relationships.
  • Forge a strong alliance with the sales department to ensure the generation of high-quality leads, facilitating seamless product demonstrations and conversions through effective use of sales automation technology.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of campaign performances, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Power BI to derive actionable insights, inform strategic decisions, and maximize ROI.
  • Remain at the forefront of digital marketing and sales automation advancements by continuously exploring emerging trends, technologies, and software, ensuring our marketing strategies remain innovative and competitive.
  • Implement and oversee a data-driven approach in all marketing endeavors, applying statistical analysis and predictive modeling to guide strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on technology and innovation-driven industries.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing sales automation software and comprehensive experience with CRM systems, with a preference for candidates skilled in Salesforce.
  • Exceptional technical capabilities, coupled with the eagerness to adopt and master new software and digital tools.
  • Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, with the aptitude to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with proven experience in leveraging data to inform marketing strategies and drive business success.

Additional Requirements:

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and the ability to collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly, high-quality content.
  • Understanding of privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, as they relate to digital marketing practices.
  • Leadership experience or potential, with the capability to mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, innovative team environment.
