About the Role:

A reputable holiday home company is currently seeking a digital marketing manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to lead innovative digital strategies as their digital marketing manager and drive growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage PPC, paid social, and SEO accounts with third-party agencies
* Lead website development projects, focusing on CRO and user journey enhancements
* Revamp email marketing strategies through automation, A/B testing, and segmentation
* Collaborate with SEO experts to optimise online presence
* Analyse data using GA4 and CRM systems to drive insights and inform decision-making
* Partner with the Content team to align marketing efforts and maximise ROI
* Contribute to company-wide targets and cross-departmental projects
* Stay ahead of digital trends and explore innovative growth opportunities

Requirements:

* Minimum two years of digital marketing experience
* Proficiency in GA4, data analysis, and reporting
* Strong communication skills and ability to foster cross-departmental relationships
* Proactive problem-solver with exceptional organisational skills
* Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute fresh ideas
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Valid driver's license and access to transportation
