Digital Marketing Executive

Your new company
Hays are supporting a leading manufacturing business in Newmarket, who are experiencing a period of exciting growth and are looking to expand their Marketing team with a Digital Marketing Executive.

Your new role
Working alongside the Marketing Manager, you will be supporting online marketing campaigns with a focus on social media marketing and maintaining & updating the CRM system. Other responsibilities will include:

• Working with the Marketing Manager to make annual, monthly and weekly marketing plans
• Setting up and running the planned SEO digital and print marketing campaigns including Salesforce Account Engagement
• Focusing on social media, SEO, digital marketing, newsletters and pay per click
• Working with the sales team to create relevant content both domestic and internationally
• Focusing on social media and digital marketing both domestic and internationally
• Reporting on marketing campaigns and their return on investment to the Marketing Manager and Commercial Director
• Visiting and attending trade shows and industry events to create content and support the sales team
• Administering, monitoring and informing the sales team of all leads and enquiries acquired
• Reporting on the conversion of enquiries and leads into sales achieved by the sales team
• Take ownership of the CRM system including provider liaison and supporting and training the sales team on the most effective use of the CRM system
• Additional administration duties as requested by the Marketing Manager
• Managing merchandise and promotional stock and picking orders to send to customers (internal and external)
• Providing support with organising and hosting on-site visitors for the sales team to include support on the day
• Reviewing trade press and circulation of reports

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you will need previous experience in a digital marketing role, with hands-on experience of CRM systems, (ideally Salesforce). You will be a proactive marketer, who is able to create engaging content and is confident communicating and building relationships with external stakeholders.

• £25,000 - 30,000 per annum salary
