Central Employment is working with a client who has an incredible passion for the people of Northumberland and is looking to expand their Marketing team with an experienced Marketing Executive to better spread the word. In this role, you will have a key place within the wider rebranding and focus on all things Digital in order to better integrate the current campaigns. 

The Marketing Executive will be working closely with the wider organisation's rebranding, focusing on one specific brand's digital reach. To do this you need proven experience working with PPC, SEO, Social Media, and Email campaigns, though you don't need to be a specialist in each. The organisation is there to serve the people of Northumberland, so each campaign you create, each post you send, will have a direct impact on the welfare of local people to improve their quality of life. As this is part of a wider rebranding and growth of the organisation, this is the right time to show your skill set and set the foundation for development in the future.

There is a hybrid working with this role, working 3 days in their Ashington office, however, this may fluctuate depending on the needs of the organisation. In addition to the flexible working, the salary for this role is around £30,000 with additional benefits including Health Care Cash Plans, a generous pension, and Employee Assistance programmes. 

Key Skills:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a digital or marketing-related role
  • Digital marketing platform experience i.e., Google Analytics, Adwords etc. 
  • CMS experience
  • Up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to express the company's views creatively.
  • Experience in web copywriting, email marketing and SEO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Sales team to execute Marketing Campaigns and promote the brands.
  • Develop and implement Marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Grow and generate communities on all social platforms.
  • Collect and analyse data to further improve on campaigns
  • Prepare online articles, website content, and copy.
