Salary: £26k – £29,500k
Location: Hereford, HR2
Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (minimum of 3 days in the office)
Day-to-day of the role:
Implement, manage, and optimise digital strategies and campaigns in alignment with the company’s marketing objectives, budgets, and target audiences.
Manage and optimise digital channels, including social media, Google Ads, and SEO to drive website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Create, schedule, and monitor digital content in accordance with brand guidelines and market best practices.
Analyse digital marketing data and KPIs to understand user behaviour and provide regular reports to inform decision-making.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as agencies and partners.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support lead generation and business growth.
Assist in the design and procurement of marketing collateral, including printed material and branded merchandise.
Design and create sales support print material and product spec sheets.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and contribute to the company’s knowledge base.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
experience in B2B digital marketing or a related field.
Proficiency with email marketing tools, marketing automation software, social media platforms, Google Ads, SEO campaigns, and website analytics tools.
Experience in creating digital and print materials.
Familiarity with Adobe Suite programs.
Knowledge of e-commerce CMS and Hubspot is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and a curious mindset.
Creative thinking with a knack for generating innovative ideas.
A hands-on approach, able to work collaboratively across teams with a “can-do” attitude.
Outcome-driven with a focus on testing, learning, and improving.
