Our client, who are global leaders in technology, are offering an incredible opportunity for aspiring Digital Manufacturing specialists to join them and make a meaningful difference on their exciting projects within Aerospace and Defence.

Role Overview:

• Be responsible for designing and delivering innovative digital transformation solutions for leading Defence Manufacturing organisations.
• Work collaboratively with clients to support them in understanding challenges they face and develop and land solutions in their business.
• You'll be a key member of their Manufacturing Sector Unit and will be closely linked to their Intelligent Industry capability teams, which blends deep industry knowledge with practical consulting expertise, inventing what's next for their clients.
• Deliver sustained improvements across profitability, efficiency, quality and behavioural change for their clients.
• Support clients in embedding change in their business.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Successful experience in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
• Experience of proposition building and delivery.
• Current/previous experience within a major Consulting firm.
• Business development - utilising a combination of the organisation's broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network.
• Extensive manufacturing experience gained through either operational and change leadership roles in industry.
• Experience in some of the following:
  • Use of IOT sources for data and analytics
  • Digital manufacturing and process transformation
  • Manufacturing execution systems
  • Product Lifecycle Management
  • Digital twin and thread

Security Clearance:

You will either already have Security Clearance to work in the Defence and Security Industries, or you will qualify for this level of clearance by being a UK resident for at least 5 years and not having lived outside of the UK within the past 5 years.
