Digital Learning Product Portfolio Manager, permanent career opportunity for a candidate who can evidence a robust understanding of digital learning and end-point assessment. Best suited to a candidate who has a strong L&D background, who has worked on a range of product delivery, responsible for managing the product through from initial conception to completion. We are seeking someone with creative vision who can generate new and innovative end point assessment strategies to develop profitable educational product lines with high investment. Offering a salary up to £55,000 plus exceptional employee benefits, plenty of job variety and career progression, combining self and educational development.

This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday based on a field basis, arranging and attending meetings with UK wide clients, internal colleagues, and external suppliers. Driving through new educational on-line assessment products and services in line with the latest educational market trends and new age learning will become your key objectives.

Educated to Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Educational Psychology or Business, you must demonstrate at least 5 years' experience spent in a L&D sector, with previous success in educational/instructional product management and/or UX design. You will need strong project management experience, Agile development methodologies and a broad understanding of IT related areas.

As Digital Learning Product Portfolio Manager, you will work closely with designers, educational assessment specialists and marketing professionals, you will need a collaborative and positive approach to develop and deliver new and improved educational products and services. The need to communicate product features and functions to multi-purpose teams, with an active interest in the entire product development lifecycle is a consistent requirement. To create and oversee the delivery of 'go to market' support, including materials and specific training, a keen eye on budgets and costings, the delivery schedules and the above all the needs of the customer are your key accountabilities. Due to the nature and scope, you will own and comply with government agenda's, set regulators, highly influential clients and the rigorous quality policies and procedures.
