Salt is working with one of the most globally recognised FMCG's, seeking a bilingual and capable Digital Insights Analyst to join the team for a minimum of 12-months.

As an Insights Analyst, you'll be a specialised across a wide range of digital touchpoints, including Social Listening. Working within the wider team, you will help unlock key insights to drive growth, and present your actionable recommendations to key stakeholders directly.

  • rate - £200 - £325 depending experience
  • IR35
  • in London or Remote working allowed

You will:

-- Work closely with the wider insights team to translate internal briefs in to analytical projects, and conduct analysis using a range of in-house tools to derive actionable insights

-- Work across a range of digital touchpoints, including social listening/analytics, search, email, CRM, and others

-- Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis and insight to inform brand and marketing strategy, digital marketing content, communications and new product development

-- Build and test basic queries on in-house tools, and create well-crafted visualisations, primarily in PowerPoint

-- Communicate directly to key stakeholders and present your findings using non-technical language

You will need:

-- To be able to speak (alongside English), another European language (essential)

-- Experience (minimum 3 years) working in digital insights, with strong experience in social listening

-- Exposure to a range of tools and visualization software, including Google Analytics, YouScan, and Brandwatch
