If you have creative flair, an eye for design and the ability to create clear and simple messaging we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for an experienced and creative digital content creator, who can turn complex information into engaging digital assets for our local residents and stakeholders. You'll need to be customer-focused with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work well under pressure, prioritise a varied workload, and operate effectively as part of a team are also essential skills for this role.

The successful candidate will be joining an experienced and ambitious Consultation Team that includes several permanent staff and a pool of casual consultation, research and insight analysts.

The Consultation Team works carrying out public consultations and staff surveys, analysing the results, using the data to provide insight to officers and councillors and feeding back to the public. This work is vital to help the client understand what is most important to our communities and make decisions about how we can provide the best possible services for them.

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and creative digital content creator, who can turn complex information into engaging digital assets for our local residents and stakeholders. You'll need to be customer-focused with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work well under pressure, prioritise a varied workload, and operate effectively as part of a team are also essential skills for this role.

Your role will focus on developing Richmond and Wandsworth's digital engagement through the continued development of our two corporate consultation and engagement portals. You'll be designing engaging digital assets for our consultation and engagement activity, monitoring and analysing traffic and response rates and using data to inform improvements to our processes. You'll also be responsible for keeping our team intranet pages up to date and producing our quarterly dashboard report.

You will be enthusiastic about keeping on top of digital trends and putting your knowledge to good use. Good teamwork is also essential; we are looking for someone who is imaginative and proactive, who can communicate with colleagues at all levels, and who will be ready to support the team in the different elements of its work - such as designing robust consultation and engagement materials, improving our reach and response rates and compiling reports.
