THE ROLE

As a Digital Content Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Maintaining the overall integrity of the website by constantly checking site content, navigation and discoverability and advising the editorial and marketing teams on best practices
  • Implementing structural changes to the site, such as changes to navigation to accommodate new content campaigns
  • Adding content to the site for new content campaigns
  • Work with the data and marketing teams to discuss site analytics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Take ownership of our content and access management platforms, WordPress and Piano.
  • Ensure all user integrations are performant and adhere to best practice guidelines
  • Configure and optimise platforms to align with campaign objectives

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Highly efficient and able to take ownership of content projects, comfortable juggling different projects at the same time
  • Demonstrate technical digital /web experience with a strong understanding of common web tech, HTML, CSS & Javascript
  • Experience of publishing and managing site structure on content management systems, with an emphasis on WordPress
  • Understanding of SEO best practices
  • Experience of content analytics for planning new content and making on-page improvements
  • Able to manage multiple content formats including written word, video and audio
