LHP’s Board recently approved their Corporate Transformation Programme to further modernise their digital capabilities to ensure their customer needs are fully met following changes to Consumer Standards. It’s exciting times, as they have several roles which will be critical in helping them shape their Digital, Data and Technology Transformation ambitions through to 2027.

If you have the drive, passion and track record for helping organisations design, shape and improve their Customer Digital Experience, Change Management practice and Data Management then take a look at their exciting opportunities at Lincolnshire Housing Partnership.

An integral role for this transformation programme is their newly created Digital Change Managerwho will establish a new business function to design, govern and lead the new Digital Change Management practice and be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of digital changes, improvement activities and corporate projects at LHP. Having Housing Sector experience would be an advantage.

At LHP, they have a flexible working approach through their agile working policy, this will mean you will have the accountability to plan your whereabouts to best complete the task at hand. This might mean you work at your home, in one of the offices located in Boston or, Grimsby or another location. You will have a choice to nominate either Grimsby or Boston as your main office, with expenses covered when travelling between the two offices.

What will I be expected to do as a Digital Change Manager?

  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to build strong business partnering relationships.
  • Planning, executing, and monitoring digital change and projects from initiation to completion.
  • Responsible for ensuring their digital products and services meet LHP’s governance standards.
  • Research sector leading innovations to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Continuously assess business processes, challenge internal assumptions and methodologies to uncover opportunities for innovation.
  • Fostering an environment where creative thinking and innovation are encouraged.

What skills, attributes and experience will I need as a Digital Change Manager?

  • They’re looking first and foremost for someone who shares and demonstrates their values - they are the foundation for everything they do.
  • You’ll have bags of enthusiasm and a real passion for understanding how an organisation works and gets things done through its people.
  • Extensive experience presenting and communicating with senior business stakeholders and work colleagues.
  • Excellent ability to think strategically with excellent project delivery skills through people empowerment.
  • Significant experience in being able to persuade and influence senior decision makers.
  • Significant experience in planning, running and extracting the right information from requirement workshops with people.

Will I need any qualifications?

Ideally, they’d like the successful person to possess one of the qualifications below, however these are not essential, and they’d welcome applications from candidates who don’t have these or are working towards them.

  • Agile Project Management or equivalent project management
  • Change Practitioner Certificate or equivalent.
