Digital Account Manager
Role: Account Manager
Salary: £40'000
Location: Fully Remote
You'll work with the digital marketing team, reporting to the Account Director and play an important role in helping to shape and achieve our clients' digital marketing objectives.
Experience Required
- Experience working in a relevant role, ideally in account management within an agency or working in a marketing capacity within a healthcare setting
- Ability to talk confidently to clients about the digital channels we work in
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Good knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
- Good commercial record with a track record of growing client accounts
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the
- company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
Responsibilties:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with our clients
- Investigate and determine clients' wants and needs
- Plan and implement digital strategies for clients
- Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
- Work closely with digital project managers and internal delivery teams to communicate clients' strategy, concerns and objectives
- Ensure marketing plans are aligned with objectives and achieving client goal
- Analyse the effectiveness of digital campaigns and report back to clients
- Run quarterly business reviews with clients
- Develop account growth plans
- Identify and manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities in Salesforce
- Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase their ROI
- Keep up with new trends in digital technology and healthcare
- Be responsible for keeping client information up to date and accurate in CRM
