We are seeking a candidate from a Digital Marketing background, preferably performance lead to join their growing Digital team and lead on client communications. This is a predominantly 'hands-off’, client services role where you will co-ordinate campaigns and oversee delivery for key accounts.
You will…
- Report directly into the Commercial Director
- Oversee account management, client communications, co-ordination of internal delivery teams and report on campaign performance to client
- Build strong relationships with key clients across varying industries
- Understand client briefs / goals and align them with tangible campaigns
- Work closely with Digital delivery team (PPC, Social, SEO) to identify pain points and share with client
- Revenue generation; upsell existing business and onboard new business
- Maintain sound understanding of Digital Marketing best practices using the agencies training and development programs
The ideal candidate would be/have…
- Min 2-3+ years experience with in a Performance Marketing role
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder management
- Previous exposure overseeing multiple projects to deadlines
- Proven experience collaborating within a team
