Job Title: Dialler System Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000

Overview:

Join a prominent automotive leasing company dedicated to providing innovative and adaptable leasing solutions. As a Dialler System Manager, you'll be instrumental in refining and enhancing our outbound communication strategy. We're seeking an analytical individual proficient in SQL coding, knowledgeable in web-based marketing techniques like SEO and PPC, and experienced in utilizing Omni-channel systems, preferably Connex One, for campaign management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Dialler Systems: Oversee configuration, maintenance, and optimization of dialler systems, emphasizing the utilization of Connex One CXM system for maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT and software development teams to promptly resolve any dialler system issues.
• Utilize analytical tools including Connex One CXM system to monitor and assess outbound communication campaign performance.
• Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, identifying areas for enhancement.
• SQL Code Expertise: Understand SQL code for database querying and relevant information extraction for campaign targeting.
• Collaborate with data analysts and database administrators to ensure data integrity.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing outbound campaigns in the automotive leasing sector.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation.
• Ability to influence senior personnel in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in SQL coding for data extraction and analysis.
• Understanding of marketing principles and campaign management, preferably with experience using Connex CM systems.
