Detention Officer

NonStop are currently recruiting for a Detention Officer in the East Midlands Area.

Working at an Immigration Centre as a Detention Officer is more than just a job, it's the chance to be a part of something great; join a work family where you are valued and the work you do makes a difference every day.

You will provide an important on-site link between people in detention and their case working teams and work with on-site healthcare providers and suppliers to identify and manage vulnerability issues at the earliest opportunity. Ensuring residents are updated about their immigration cases and that relevant paperwork is served appropriately and on time.

Essential
1. Good communication skills
2. Ability to work unsupervised and delivering at pace.
3. Good listening and organizational skills.
4. An outstanding of immigration casework is an asset, but training will be provided.

CTC (Counter Terrorist Check) Clearance must be active

Personal Safety trained to level 2, Spear training. Undertake training in house.
