Designer

We are currently working with a Design Specialist based around the Huddersfield area, that work across the Kitchen, Commercial and Residential Fit Out / Installation sectors. Our client is consistently looking to expand and have the need to bring on a Part-time Designer.

As a Designer you will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and design packages for set projects on a daily basis. You will be working across a range of projects throughout the Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom and Commercial sectors.

You will also be responsible for managing relationships with commercial clients and supplier, processing orders across a range of interiors-based projects. In relation to your design software experience, you will also be proficient working with design software such as AutoCAD and Sketchup on a daily basis.

Designer Position Overview

• Designer to join a design specialist based in Huddersfield
• Part-time position, 3 days a week
• Working on projects across the Kitchen, Bathroom, Commercial and Residential sectors.
• Developing detailed technical drawings and design packages for set projects.
• Working daily with design programmes such as Sketchup and AutoCAD.
• Managing relationships with set commercial clients.
• Working with supplier's daily, managing materials for set projects.

Designer Position Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years industry experience working across the Interiors or Commercial Design sectors.
• Proficient working with design programmes such as Sketchup and AutoCAD on a daily basis.
• Competent producing detailed design packages and technical drawings.
• Competent managing relationships with set clients across the Commercial sectors.
• Commutable to Huddersfield
• Happy to work on a Part-time basis

Designer Position Remuneration

• Competitive Salary - £25k - £30k
