A popular mixed secondary school located inMill Hill is interested in securing a Design Technology teacher to join the team Immediately.The ideal Design Technology teacherwill be qualified, have a degree related to a Design Technology be a passionate educator.

The ideal Design Technology teacherwill be joining a medium size, well-resourced, solid Design Technology department and be required to deliver lessons to GCSE

The school are ideally seeking a teacher who is able to teach Resistant Materials, Graphics and Product Design upto GCSE.

This Design Technology teaching role is a great opportunity in a fantastic school with a great community feel and the Headteacher has a mix of UK and overseas trained teachers. About the school and Design Technology teaching role:

• Design Technology taught at Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4
• Department with a collaborative approach to planning, delivery and assessment
• Supportive and high energy Design Technology department
• This is a full time position including planning and marking

The right Design Technology teacher will be:

*Hold a BA and PGCE in Design Technology

*Able to use a variety of Design technology related equipment - laser and wood cutters etc

The successful Design Technology teacher will have the following:
* Exceptional Design Technology related degree and GCSEs
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Be able to provide teaching references for the last 2 years
* A fully enhanced DBS on the online update service
* Salary paid to scale - between £175 - £220 per day
