As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager to join us in driving forward our mission.

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Design Manager with a strong background in facades engineering and construction to oversee the design process for our remediation projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding projects from concept to completion, ensuring that designs meet both aesthetic and technical requirements while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design team in developing innovative solutions for facades remediation projects, including the evaluation of existing structures, material selection, and design optimization.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of design concepts with project objectives and client expectations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the design process, including conducting feasibility studies, performing structural analyses, and reviewing drawings and specifications.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed design documentation, including drawings, calculations, and reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Manage project schedules and budgets related to design activities, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the design team, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience 3 years in facades engineering, with a focus on design and remediation projects.
• Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and construction techniques, with an understanding of their performance characteristics and behavior.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and structural analysis software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing design teams and driving projects to successful outcomes.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to facade design and construction, such as ASTM, AAMA, and ASHRAE.
