Salary: £30,000-£35,000 dependent on experience

Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire

Hours: Monday to Friday Day Shift

Interaction Technical have partnered with a well-established, market leading design and manufacturer of air conditioning, heating and engine cooling systems for the automotive industry. The Role:

· You will be responsible for the design of engine cooling, air filtration, AC and Heating systems.

· Design and detail a variety of systems and components, ensuring that manufacturing and maintenance teams can understand them.

· You will use the Solid Edge 3D CAD package to design these components and machines.

· You will read and create technical drawings and specifications, making sure they complete efficiently and effectively.

The Requirements:

· Previous experience as a design engineer using 3D Cad packages - preferably Solid Edge (essential)

· Proven ability to read and create technical drawings and specifications (essential)

· Knowledge of working with HVAC systems, air filtration and air movement systems (advantageous)

· Knowledge of vehicle electrical architecture and systems (advantageous)

· Relevant qualifications within design engineering (advantageous)
