We are seeking to recruit an experienced Residential Project Manager to join our client in Rochdale. On offer is a competitive package, benefits and much more. Our client will offer a supportive and development focused culture which is tailored to each individual.

Main Role (not limited to):

  • Production of design drawings for Residential and from time-to-time Commercial Automatic Sprinkler Installations, and associated procurement.
  • Production of design hydraulic calculations for Residential projects.
  • Project Management of the entire project and supervision of engineers & projects within the assigned labour team.
  • Attending site and undertaking audits and inspections of onsite works and ensuring completion of works as per the design standards produced.
  • Assisting and advising site engineers where required with all audits and general site issues
  • Attend Contract Handover meetings with the Sales Team Members.
  • Identify/update & communicate design issues, i.e. drawing standards, non- conforming issues etc. to the line manager.
  • Check design quantities against tender quantities and raise any anomalies with Commercial and Estimating.

The Ideal Skills:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Attention to detail and ability to apply analytical thinking in problem solving.
  • Experience of working within a customer facing role, and able to build strong customer relationships.
  • Able to work under pressure and to a high standard.
  • Excellent communication/customer facing skills.
  • Disciplined and organised.
  • Able to work on own initiative, unsupervised, but also contribute to an effective team.
  • Full driving licence (min 12 months driving experience).
