In this role, you will drive sales growth by establishing trusted client relationships. Leveraging your expertise in property and business development, along with your technical knowledge, you will guide clients through a collaborative sales process which includes a strong element of creative design consultation and advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a robust sales pipeline, efficiently handling leads and responding to enquiries.
• Consult closely with customers to discern their needs, preferences and budget constraints.
• Apply technical knowledge as you introduce our range of systems and functional solutions.
• Formulate tailored proposals with aesthetically pleasing garden building designs.
• Finalize sales orders, agreeing on terms, prices, and delivery.
• Keep meticulous, updated records of sales activities in the CRM.
• Engage in industry events and networking to bolster the company's market presence.
• Target potential partnerships in the property and construction sectors for mutual interest in garden structures.
