Our client exists to defend the right to a safe home in Wales and fight the devastating impact the housing emergency has on people.

They help thousands of people each year by offering free, confidential and independent advice and campaigning to overcome the root causes of the housing emergency.

They are now looking to recruit for the following positions to join our team. If you want to help end homelessness in Wales, we would love to hear from you.

As a Deputy Projects Manager you will support our National Projects Manager in ensuring that high quality, responsive and effective housing projects are delivered across Wales.

The key purpose of all of their project work is the prevention of homelessness and they have a range of projects operating locally, regionally and nationally. They offer services such as debt advice, welfare benefits expertise, housing support, Housing First, advice to people in prison and embedded roles within Local Authorities.

By supporting colleagues in project teams you will be making a valuable contribution to the overall development of Shelter Cymru’s national Housing Services team as well as having opportunities to shape the wider policy and campaigning agenda in Wales.

You will also be working closely with existing funders, local authorities and other partner agencies to identify potential new funding opportunities to support the continuation of the projects team work.
