We are recruiting for a Deputy Outpatient Manager to join a National Private Hospital Group in their Hospital in Oxford. The Hospital cover a broad range of surgical specialties including Paediatrics, Oncology, Interventional Cardiology & Radiology, Orthopaedics, Endoscopy, Gynaecology, Urology, Ophthalmology, Women & Men's health.

Deputy Outpatient Manager Duties:

  • Support the Manager in the efficient running of the unit
  • Co-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety
  • Be instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless, personalised care
  • Work well with consultants who are experts in their field
  • your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and delivery
  • Champion a supportive, enabling working culture on the ward, promoting staff safety

Ideal Candidate:

  • Registered Nurse / NMC Pin (no restrictions on practice)
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
  • Experience in care of patients pre and post operatively
  • Cardiac, Colorectal, Orthopaedic, ENT, Gynae and Urology experience.
  • Previous Senior Outpatient Nurse experience.
