Requirements:

• NVQ LVL 3 in Childcare
• Relevant experience in same role

Desirable:

• SEN/SEND Experience

General Duties:

• Assist in identifying your staff development needs and take part in staff training and line management review as required, in support of the College’s strategic objectives.

• Contribute to the College’s quality assurance systems and provide information as required.

• Contribute to and implement the College’s Equal Opportunities, Widening Participation, and Inclusive Learning Policy.

• Carry out all duties in accordance with the College’s Health and Safety Policy and best practice.

• Promote and ensure effective communication both within the team and across the College as appropriate.

• Contribute to meeting College targets for promoting student recruitment and improving student retention, achievement, and progression.
