Are you a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader looking to progress into management?

Reed are working with a long-established Residential Home in Southwest London for Adults with Learning Disabilities. Since opening in 1989, it has become embedded into the local community and its 5 residents see the property as their own home- some residing there for over 20 years!

They are looking to recruit a Deputy Manager who will also be part of the team and regularly support the residents throughout the day including sleep-ins.

  • Role: Deputy Manager
  • Location: SW6
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, including sleep-ins
  • Salary: £30,000 (additional £50 per sleep-in)

The Home’s objective is to provide a home where the residents can live an ordinary and valued life, increasing their independence by developing their life skills – developing existing and learning new skills!

CQC rated “Good”, the 5-bed home is situated on a main road with fantastic transport links- bus stop directly outside, and Fulham Broadway Underground station a short walk away, allowing residents access to activities all across the city!

If you have:

  • 12 months’ experience in a Senior Support Worker capacity
  • Experience supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities
  • Competency with IT- Microsoft Office
  • Passion for supporting people and promoting independence
