Deputy Manager

A global luxury retailer is looking to recruit for a deputy manager to work in one of its multi-million pound flagship locations. This luxury retailer specialises in beauty and luxury goods, boasting a large number of exclusive products that you are not able to find anywhere else on the high street. The role of deputy manager will work as part of a large management team, to drive sales and service through the effective management of your people, whilst ensuring they deliver a world class shopping experience. This company delivers a truly elevated customer experience in comparison to other high street retailers, which is a huge factor in why they are so successful. You will be responsible for a high turnover and large population of store colleagues. In this role you’ll be given the autonomy and freedom to make commercial decisions which will help further drive, what is already, a hugely successful company.

In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £31,000 with a performance related annual bonus of up to £3,700 per year. Tired of working long hours and every weekend?
