We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of supported living facility and ensuring the highest level of care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult care, as well as excellent leadership and supervisory skills.

Duties

- Assist the Manager in the overall management and administration of the facility.

- Develop and implement care plans for residents.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards.

- Administer medications to residents as prescribed.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents.

- Conduct regular assessments of residents' health status and update care plans accordingly.

- Assist with the recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff members.

Requirements

- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.

- Proven experience in adult care, preferably in an assisted living facility.

- Strong knowledge of medication administration.

- Experience in supervising and leading a team of healthcare professionals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively.

- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and standards for long-term care facilities.
