Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity to work in a well-established Learning Disability and Autism service? We are seeking a Deputy Hospital Director to join the friendly and committed team. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week).

As Deputy Hospital Director, you will utilise your nursing experience to lead, manage, and support both clinical and non-clinical teams in delivering exceptional healthcare.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing strong leadership
  • Managing budgets
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Representing the Hospital Director at meetings

The hospital is conveniently located in Grimsby, with easy access to nearby towns such as Cleethorpes, Hull, and Lincoln.

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid NMC Pin, experience in learning disabilities and autism, and a strong understanding of healthcare regulations.
