Deputy Home Manager required for a brand new stunning state of the art care home opening later this year, located about five miles to the north of Bognor Regis.

Bright Selection is proudly representing a premier provider of luxury elderly care in the recruitment of a Deputy Manager for one of their latest new openings. We are thrilled to be seeking an experienced and highly skilled manager to support the Home Manager through the initial commissioning of the home and offer long term stability.

This role presents as a remarkable opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to shape a centre of excellence for elderly care and care for those living with dementia. This beautiful home will seamlessly combine exceptional care and hospitality within a meticulously designed contemporary setting.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated management experience, coupled with a genuine passion for elderly care
  • Profound knowledge of CQC legislation and guidelines
  • Sound understanding of private fee structures
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and financial management skills
  • A commercial mindset with a keen focus on maintaining financial health

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure full compliance and optimal operational performance, consistently providing person-centred care to residents
  • Support the Manager in all aspects of recruitment for all positions within the home, nurturing careers and personal growth to cultivate a motivated and engaged workforce
  • Undertake staff supervisions

Contract, Remuneration, and Benefits:

  • Highly competitive salary of £60,000 per annum
