I'm working with a multi award winning Domiciliary Care service that are looking for an experienced Deputy Care Manager to join their team. This opportunity is perfect for someone who is driven to progress into a Registered Manager position while experiencing excellent support every step of the way.

What’s on offer:
  • £30,000-£33,000 (up to £36,000 OTE).

Deputy Manager Responsibilities:
  • To work hand in hand with the Registered Manager.
  • To have overall responsibility for the team in Huntingdon, approximately 20 care staff.
  • To continually work on growing the service.
  • To lead of recruiting new care staff.
  • To manage the development, training and retention of all care staff.
  • To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.

Deputy Manager Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year Deputy Manager experience within Home Care.
  • Must be willing to work toward/have achieved a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
  • Must have a UK Driving Licence.
