Deployment Planning Manager

We are currently recruiting for one of the UK’s Leading FMCG companies, for the role of a Deployment Planning Manager. It’s an exciting new opportunity to work for a recognised leading company specialising in Retail and Digital E-commerce, they offer an outstanding experience for users by making their services/products easily accessible online, anywhere, anytime and on any device!

Main Responsibilities as a Deployment Planning Manager

• This role will be a key leadership role within the overall Retail Deployment Transformation team; you will be a catalyst in delivering excitement and change while engaging our trusted retail partners and valued retail players with an enhanced and modernised retail transformation programme.
• Play a key role in aligning internal workstreams across several functions within PPOS, Technology & Field sales and play a role in ensuring the successful transformation programme across their vast Retail network of over 40,000 locations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensuring that wider internal teams are informed and engaged across the programme.

Experience & Skills Required

• Experience of leading complex project delivery, with a track record of successful Retail Deployment projects from start to finish
• Experience of delivering deployment planning and strategy with a deep understanding of deployment tools, processes and methodologies
• Experience working in retail environments, executing regional/national sales strategies
• Digitally forward, quick to embrace new retail technology and inspire and motivate your team and retailers to adopt technology to drive sales
• Strong leadership capabilities and can inspire and motivate the team to deliver excellence
• Customer focused, with a partnership led approach
