Your new role
You will be supporting a busy department with administrative duties to cover long-term sickness.
Duties will include:

  • General filing and retrieving of documents
  • Monitoring the department mailbox and directing queries
  • Assist with collating onboarding documents
  • Retrieve information on policies and signpost to intranet pages
  • Assist in the recruitment process

What you\'ll need to succeed

  • Willingness to undergo background checks
  • Experience in recruitment or HR
  • Be a team player and have a track record of building good relationships
  • Experience of using Teams and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
