Dental Nurse

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Nurse to join a dental clinic. As a Dental Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assisting our dental professionals in providing high-quality care to our patients. Your excellent communication and organizational skills, along with your dedication to patient care, will contribute to the success of our dental practice.

Duties:
- Assist dentists and dental hygienists during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary equipment and instruments are ready
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Take and develop dental x-rays as instructed by the dentist
- Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate patient records and update patient information as needed
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's appointment system
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, filing, and billing

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to provide exceptional patient care in a compassionate manner
- Proficient in English language (additional language skills are a plus)
- Basic IT skills for managing electronic patient records
