Join us as we start the season as Demi Chef de Partie and be part of our unique picturesque coastal setting. A stones throw from a Sandy Beach and a skip from the national trust estates in Devon. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional service to our guests. Our opportunities are permanent but we would also consider people who would like just one season too. It's a great position in a rural, unique setting, and you'll be working in the kitchen of our hotel supporting the restaurant team offering the freshest seasonal food, luxury afternoon high teas and also dinner service.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar kitchen

Excellent customer service skills

Strong communication skills

Willingness to learn, work with others and grow within the team

Ideally a driver with transport, or someone happy to live and work in a remote location with the challenges this brings without transport.
