Demand Planner
Pod is extremely excited to partner up with a B corp certified consumer goods business who are looking for a Demand Planner professional to join their team in London.
In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with the retail team to oversee the company's S&OP process.
This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing start-up that has been having 100% growth year on year with a presence in the UK, EU, Australia and US.
In this role
You will…
- Be responsible for leading the monthly retail S&OP process and ensuring that the retail forecasting system reflects the latest demand plan
- Work collaboratively with the retail team to improve each retail forecast
- Support with new product forecasting, new retail launches and liaise with the Senior Retail Operations Manager to work on any short term forecast changes
- Improve tools and processes they use to forecast and implement changes to improve forecast accuracy over time
About you
- 3 + years experience in Demand Planning in an FMCG business
- Experience with S&OP/IBP
- Strong analytical skills (Excel + ERP)
- Great attention to detail, and a constant drive to improve the status quo
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Finance, Sales and Operations teams
