Main Responsibilities as a Delivery Service Team Leader

• Recognise, suggest, and establish methods and protocols within the deployment delivery framework to boost efficiency and improve results' quality.
• Offer advice and assistance to team members during deployment planning.
• Collaborate closely with the Enhanced Service Manager to ensure thorough planning and alignment of operational aspects with the retailer communication and engagement strategies.
• Enhance the Deployment Management System (Site Tracker) utilisation to guarantee the fulfilment of the retailer interaction model and quality survey data.
• Supervise and aid the team in providing services to retailers.

Experience & Skills Required

• Experience working in retail environments, executing sales strategies at a regional & national level, while considering account specific requirements
• Able to understand the pressures and priorities of retail and therefore credibly influence the wider Retail Sales Team to sell TNL and thrive in a modern retail environment.
• Digitally forward thinking, quick to embrace new retail technology and inspire and motivate your team and retailers to adopt new technology.
• Previous experience of customer liaison
