Package: £25,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary (dependent on experience) + Uncapped Commission

The Role:

• The role is a 270 position, where you will manage candidates and also have client interaction
• No business development is required

The Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months recruitment experience, either in a delivery or 360 capacity
• A desire to progress in your role
• A desire to build and strengthen candidate relationships
