DELEGATE MANAGER OPPORTUNITY
£35k Surrey with Hybrid/Flex.

We are looking for an EVENTS AGENCY DELEGATE MANAGER who has worked with Cvent & has experience of delegate registration management (experience of working in a similar role)

For a fabulous full-service events agency delivering virtual, hybrid & live events, strategy, content, production, & technology. Provide amazing brand, communication, engagement & logistical challenges for
some of the world’s leading companies.

To lead the delegate area creating, maintaining & successfully delivering the event registration, attendee management & technology services. Ambassador internally & externally & working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.

Work closely with the governance team to ensure all processes & templates are being used and communicate any changes promptly to teams
Ensure compliance with all client & company SLAs
Data privacy:
Manage all client & attendee data in a sensitive & careful manner utilizing all quality & security processes in place
Take responsibility for monitoring & training new team members where required on data-handling processes for assigned projects

Lead client update calls for assigned projects confidently delivering the status of the Delegate elements
Suggest & implement process improvements for client processes & procedures.
Demonstrate & in depth understanding of the client business
Pro-actively communicate with clients to resolve queries/challenges on allocated projects
Supporting as required in the preparation of RFP responses & pitch documents
Attend 'kick-off’ meetings internally & externally to understand all
Effectively prioritize & manage multiple inboxes, personal & project specific,
ensuring all members of the team are following the correct processes & SLAs
Create & maintain effective delegate communications throughout the lifecycle of the project
Take responsibility for prompt accurate client updates of registration data & summaries
Proficient in the use of preferred event technology solutions including:
o Creating reports (standard- & client-specific)
o Creation, maintenance & use of invitation lists
o Intermediate capabilities with content update (incl. some HTML knowledge)
o Understanding of multi-path registration flows incl. travel & hotel modules
o Creating & managing event emails
