Defence & Aerospace Lawyer - 6 month Assignment
We are very interested in speaking with experienced Lawyers who possess a wealth of corporate, commercial and/or construction focused experience within the defence and aerospace sectors.
Applicants must be open to working on a contract assignment for 6 months, and have an interest in working with Middle East based clients (either remotely from the UK, or splitting time between the UK and the Middle East). Prior experience in working with clients in the Middle East will be beneficial, but not essential.
Experience may include: joint ventures, private M&A, project development, corporate structuring; engineering, design, construction, manufacturing and distribution agreements; and/or defence-related commercial contracts including supply agreements, EPC agreements, project development and defence-related technology.
It is likely that Lawyers will be qualified in England & Wales (or another commonwealth jurisdiction, such as Australia or New Zealand), possess upwards of 8 years' PQE, and have gained their legal training and experience in a top tier international law firm before moving into in-house legal teams within the defence and/or aerospace sectors.
