Decorator / Multi - Trade - Passive Fire Protection

Job Title: Decorator / Multi
Location: Surrey / Kent
Salary: >£32,000 + benefits

Established in 1989, Our client is the UK's leading passive fire protection specialist, supplying a comprehensive range of third-party accredited survey, installation and compliance services to public and private sector organisations across the country.

Responsibilities:

• Painting / Decorating around recently installed Fire Doors
• Patch plastering
• Applying mastic
• Working alongside Fire door carpenters and Fire Stoppers
• Have good working knowledge of current Health & Safety and other relevant legislation

Experience / Qualifications

• Experience in Social Housing and /or FM
• Recognised trade Related Qualification
• Full UK driving license
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• IT literate, able to use microsoft suite and Tablet/PDA's.
