Small established Ware based organisation are looking for a confident individual with strong people skills to join their team of 4. This is a debt recovery role which involves talking to residential customers about their finances so a background in banking or debt collection would be considered.

As well as competitive remuneration this role offers 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Monday to Friday working hours, a competitive pension scheme and friendly team environment.

Debt Recovery - Benefits Offered

Debt Recovery - Job Overview

  • Managing a portfolio of customer accounts (both residential and commercial) who are overdue in their payments
  • Discussing why this is happening and resolving/amending any pricing issues
  • Taking payments and putting together payments plans
  • Handling general finance queries
  • Producing reports and data
  • Extensive telephone based customer contact

Debt Recovery - Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience within a role where you discuss individual people finances - debt collection, money advise, banking
  • Strong telephone manner
  • Ability to work within a fast paced environment
  • Proactive approach
  • Strong team player
