Job Title: Debt Recovery Field Agent

Location: Liverpool/Chester

Salary: £31,000 - £34,000 OTE

The Role

On a daily basis you will be driving to people's homes to discuss and make payment arrangements with arrears customers. Customer service is key to the success of this role.

The Salary and Benefits Package

£25,200 basic starting salary (paid monthly)
£2,880 per annum car allowance (paid monthly)
£30,000+ earning potential via Bonus Scheme

22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

37.5 hour working week

Candidate Requirements

Full UK Driving License
Full time use of a car or van
Business use vehicle Insurance
Available to work 7.5 hours per day between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday
Available to work between 9am and 4pm Saturday (occasionally)
Be prepared to work alone or as a team, indoors and outdoors
Excellent standard of spoken English
Prepared to work outside in all weather
Confidence, reliable and organised
Professional and able to use your own initiative
